个人介绍

黄琨，女，汉族，1987年10月生，河南开封人。现任南方科技大学创新创业学院研究助理教授。长期致力于分子与细胞生物学、免疫学及合成生物学交叉领域研究，拥有逾十年基础研究与产业转化经验。博士阶段从事细胞紧密连接分子调控精原细胞发生及分化机制的研究，随后在香港大学和中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院从事博士后工作，进一步拓展了免疫与细胞治疗方向的研究积累。2021年至2025年，担任华大集团大细胞专项产品中心研发部临床转化负责人，受聘为华大教育中心硕士生导师、博士生导师，入选华大创始人“影子计划”高潜人才；主导多项战略级的研发项目，包括NK细胞在抗肿瘤、免疫系统抗衰老中的作用机制与临床应用、毛囊间充质干细胞制剂的多组学质量评价，以及干细胞在毛发再生、皮肤损伤修复中的机制与临床应用，具备从基础机制探索到临床转化的全链条研发管理能力。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、2项国家重点研发计划子课题；在 Molecular Therapy Oncology、FASEB Journal、Journal of Cancer 等SCI期刊发表论文12篇，出版学术专著1部，受理发明专利4项。

研究方向：

免疫细胞研究与转化：NK联合mRNA疫苗治疗鼻咽癌；装甲化NK治疗宫颈鳞癌；免疫细胞治疗实体瘤；免疫系统抗衰等。

干细胞研究与转化：毛囊时空组学研究；毛囊类器官自动化培养工程；毛囊来源干细胞治疗雄激素性脱发；干细胞治疗皮肤损伤修复；干细胞治疗骨关节炎等。
